6-Week Online Short Course in Mindful Self-Compassion

This 6 week course is tailored toward the use of mindfulness and self-compassion practices for adapting positively and constructively when faced with adversity, and is derived from the Mindful Self-Compassion eight-week programme, an empirically-supported programme based on the research and expertise of psychologists Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer.
This course runs weekly at 6.30pm from Monday 13th July - Monday 24th August (with a break on Monday 3rd August). All sessions last 1.5 hours (6.30pm - 8pm). We're looking forward to seeing you all soon.

How to cultivate more self-kindness and self-compassion in our daily lives
Motivating ourselves with compassion rather than criticism; managing the inner critic
How to meet difficult emotions skillfully
How to show compassion to others without burning out
Realising and strengthening our core values, so that we can begin to live our lives according to them.
