This 3 night residential retreat is suitable for all levels of experience.
Need some space to slow down and reconnect with yourself? Deepen your experience of mindfulness with an immersive long weekend. Build a strong foundation of practices you can actually use at home! We will focus on bringing mindfulness into everyday activities; helping to develop presence, concentration, and emotional intelligence. We go beyond mindfulness to help you develop resilience, self-care and skilful communication.
You can expect:
Your own luxury private room in beautiful accommodation
Small group of 10-12 retreatants
Delicious wholesome vegetarian food prepared for you; we also cater for vegans, gluten-free, and other common dietary needs.
Experienced leaders will gently guide you in the practice of mindfulness with teaching sessions, guided meditations, mindful walking and periods of silence
Working together in mindfulness to complete simple tasks like chopping vegetables and washing up.
Plenty of free time to relax and unwind, supported by deep relaxation sessions

Beautiful rural location in a stunning Jacobean manor house surrounded by extensive gardens.
A Typical Day
7.30am – Wake up
8.00am – Meditation
8.30am – Breakfast
9.50am – Silence ends, Group meeting
11.00am – Walking meditation in nature
12.00pm – Meditation
3.30pm – Optional movement session
5.00pm – Mindfulness workshop/Teaching
6.30pm – Supper
8.00pm – Guided Relaxation
8.30pm – Silence until the next day
Bore Place House is a stunning Jacobean retreat space with an ethos of environmental sustainability. The rooms are all luxury private rooms. We will be surrounded by beautiful organically-managed gardens, all set in 500 acres of peaceful countryside, woodland and farmland.
The nearest station is Sevenoaks which is a 25 minute train ride from London Bridge (35 mins from Charing Cross) followed by a short taxi ride.
