ABOUT
A 6-week course to learn and develop a practice of mindfulness and self-compassion with an exploration of how we care for ourselves and others in our life.
How do we take care of our own wellbeing in the midst of busy lives and how do we care for others without burning out and falling into empathy fatigue?
The skills of mindfulness and compassion are learned and trained through experiential practices that we can apply to our daily lives.
Each session of this course will explore ways we can bring more rest, sustainable well being and self-care into our very own life situations.
Through accessible practices, creative exercises and reflections, we will explore how mindfulness practice can influence our very own lives and help create more meaningful, balanced and compassionate relationships.
ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE...
-
Mindfulness meditation practices
-
Self Compassion practices
-
Resting Practices
-
Reflective exercises
